Adobe Acrobat is a universal program used on the internet for printing.  It's very easy
to download.
Adobe Acrobat maintains the integrity of the pages, for margins and text, and gives
you the best print quality. 

The Orientation lessons do not contain sound as in the other lessons.  This is a workbook
for beginning students to learn the basics of naming keys, how to use your fingers,
and a few songs to practice finding the piano keys.
