1. Beginning Compositions: Analyzing music: When we analyze music, it
allows us to be able to interpret the music into phrases, and sentences.
Music is written as if one was speaking, and represents ideas that the
composer is expressing. The first part of the lesson is on theory of phrases and periods. The next part is the practice pages for the new composition:
